Instructions and Help about ssa-3369 tips

Welcome to the hill and Ponton Social Security blog I'm Natalia Joffrey the social security director for our firm my name is Shelley mark and I'm the senior social security attorney with the firm so today we're going to talk about work history reports you'll recall that in a previous video we talked about the importance of work and how it gets taken into consideration when evaluating a person can be found disables or not and what they base that decision on what they base you know the evaluation of what work you've done how you've done it how long you did it all of that is based on the work history report right that's correct in that form it sent pretty early into to clients to fill out and I don't think it's really expressed to them very well how important it is that it be filled out accurately that early on yeah extremely important report as a matter of fact it's one of the few pieces of evidence that we'll see like as soon as you apply for benefits okay they're going to send you you know a summary of your claim all of the statements you made over the phone you know how that appears on your application your find that we'll talk about that in some other video but then they send you a bunch of forms to fill out people just willy-nilly put all sorts of stuff in there they don't put a whole lot of thought into it they leave a lot of blank spaces I remember where work don't remember what I did I'll remember how long I did honor the date and then they really don't pay attention to things like you know how long did you sit how long did you stand how long did you walk how much weight did you lift and carry you know did you bend did you crouch did you do yes they asked you already those questions separately and then one of the things that we noticed a lot but like people might be like the mistake where they'll say you know I worked eight hours so I sat for eight hours and I walked for eight hours and I stood for eight hours that's not really accurate they're looking at okay in an eight-hour workday how many of those hours did you say how many hours of those did you stand how many did you walk and the truth is that the more time you spent doing difficult work or like standing and walking it's going to I would say in a way healthier claim and we want you to always tell the truth all right it's going to be considered versus you know if you were able to basically sit down and comfortably do your work in a seated position if that's the case for you all right yeah I think you know taking go moving forward from you know when you

FAQ

Can you give me some tips on how to fill out the OMR faster and correctly on the NEET?
There are few effective ways to do this . i will share my method herein India usually , exams like NEET, UPSC are held in government and private schools . sometimes you are lucky enough to get a proper sitting facilities . In most of the cases , you won’t feel much comfortable sitting for straight 3 hrs in those primary classrooms and coming to OMR sheet , we all have the fear of disqualification in case of tampering , folding . so , i suggest you to put the OMR sheet given to you in the desk or away from you on the bench so that it is not folded up in your hands while solving the questions .to start solving , divide the time and questions . explaning with an example , if there are 100 questions and 120 minutes .solve the first 50 questions in 60 minutes …dont touch your OMR sheet until you finish these 50 questions ( finish here means to solve if you only know them . dont waste your time solving new one’s which you have no idea) . start solving in your question paper itself . After solving grab your OMR and start bubbling the questions until 60 whichever is solved and keep OMR away from youNow, solve the half of the remaining questions i.e 25 questions in other 30 minutes and then repeat the same processNow you are left with 30 minutes and 25 questions . There is a danger of invigilator grabbing your OMR at end of the exam . so dont take any chance . you have to change the strategy here . you have to put the OMR sheet in front of you and after solving each question , bubble simultaneously .so even in the worst case , you will be able to solve maximum questions .after solving everything , if you are left with anytime , start solving the unsolved if there is no negative marking . i ahve no idea about NEET so i have answered in general prospective .thanks for A2A Sofikul Islam
Why would a bank mail me an SSA-89 form to fill out for a new checking account after it's already been opened with money that's already been deposited (and even though I'm already an existing customer)?
Why would a bank mail me an SSA-89 form to fill out for a new checking account after it's already been opened with money that's already been deposited (and even though I'm already an existing customer)?Banks have rules regarding “knowing their customers” that they must comply with or face penalties. In all likelihood the SSN on your account was flagged for some reason or another. Maybe it was mistyped, or maybe you’re using a fake SSN. Either way, the bank is going to want to see documentation of your SSN or they’ll have to restrict or close the account. You should get ahold of the bank to avoid any hassles with the funds that are in there or any transactions your had set up.
How can you compose survey questions for teenagers to fill out? What are some helpful tips for doing so?
Try Google Surveys and go from there. Many young people try to gain money from published surveys like yours.Another good way is to ask the questions on Quora, You’ll get very detailed answers and a general idea of what you ask.Make the questions attractive and makes sure they aren’t eerie or too harsh/deep. No one wants a question that disputs their life decisions. The simpler the better, but not too simple otherwise there is nothing to think about and answers sre inacurate. These are the best and safestways to filter age and honest opinions.Cheers -Celestial Reap
What are some tips to make students fill out a survey seriously/honestly?
I would gather giving students incentives to reply honestly, seriously. Generally speaking there was a couple of basic ways to get someone to do something. Motivate them or scare them This is basically rewards and punishment. One other way is the motivation is to make so that the person or persons does something because its the right or moral thing to do. IMO I believe this principle would be true in getting students to fill out a survey. To be specific to set out benefits or threaten them. For example if anybody is caught not being honest to write a 100 word essay on how being dishonest is wrong. Or conversely an award such as praise from the teacher.
What are some tips to fill out the kvpy self appraisal form?
You should not lie in the self-appraisal form. Professors generally do not ask anything from the self appraisal form. But if they find out some extraordinary stuffs in your form, they may ask you about those topics. And if you do not know those topics properly, you will have higher chance of NOT getting selected for the fellowship. So, DO NOT write anything that you are not sure about. If I remember properly, in the form they ask, “What is your favorite subject?” and I mentioned Biology there. Head of the interview panel saw that and asked me about my favorite field of biology. When I told genetics, two professors started asking question from genetics and did not ask anything from any other fields at all (except exactly 2 chemistry questions as I mentioned chemistry as my 2nd favorite subject). But they did not check other answers in self-appraisal form (at least in my presence).Do mention about science camps if you have attended any. Again, do not lie.All the best for interview round. :)
Study Tips: What are the effective study tips to study for fill out the blanks test that requires reading a college textbook?
Fill in the blank test memorising facts. There are always facts that professors think are important to remember, they are often assign books that have the written facts they belive worth remembering. So to figure out what to study first, it takes a sertain amount of reflection(paying attention) while you are reading to highlight 3 basic facts in the chapter, if there is goals outlined then thouse basic concepts are obviouse, if you don't have goals outlined in textbook something that relates to goals professors outline, then there is just in context figuring out the main line, and facts that relate to vocabulary and main thought. SQ3R method works as well for this problem. The main problem Question, outline, and then compare your answers with professor, by going to lecture. My caviate for that problem, get the main idea and vocaburary.... then basic facts. the rest is easy, note cards, using vocabulary in context aka doing homework

How does one get invited to the Quora Partner Program? What criteria do they use, or is it completely random?
I live in Germany. I got an invite to the Quora partner program the day I landed in USA for a business trip. So from what I understand, irrespective of the number of views on your answers, there is some additional eligibility criteria for you to even get an email invite. If you read the terms of service, point 1 states:Eligibility. You must be located in the United States to participate in this Program. If you are a Quora employee, you are eligible to participate and earn up to a maximum of $200 USD a month. You also agree to be bound by the Platform Terms (https://www.quora.com/about/tos) as a condition of participation.Again, if you check the FAQ section:How can other people I know .participate? The program is invite-only at this time, but we intend to open it up to more people as time goes on.So my guess is that Quora is currently targeting people based out of USA, who are active on Quora, may or may not be answering questions frequently ( I have not answered questions frequently in the past year or so) and have a certain number of consistent answer views.Edit 1: Thanks to @Anita Scotch, I got to know that the Quora partner program is now available for other countries too. Copying Anuta’s comment here:If you reside in one of the Countries, The Quora Partner Program is active in, you are eligible to participate in the program.” ( I read more will be added, at some point, but here are the countries, currently eligible at this writing,) U.S., Japan, Germany, Spain, France, United Kingdom, Italy and Australia.11/14/2018Edit 2 : Here is the latest list of countries with 3 new additions eligible for the Quora Partner program:U.S., Japan, Germany, Spain, France, United Kingdom, Italy, Canada, Australia, Indonesia, India and Brazil. Thanks to Monoswita Rez for informing me about this update.
